"My wife and I are currently half-way through the Homestudy Program, and I thought I'd share some of our successes so far. Although all non-financial yet, successes to us nevertheless:
1. We have decided to take up meditation, something I would never have thought of doing - this is a big change in my mindset and I'm more than willing to take it up!
2. We have planned our holidays for next year. I cannot take 1 week in every 4 (yet), but 1 long weekend in every 4 is more than good enough for me. There is a lot of Victoria we have not visited and it's now time to do so. My boss is more than happy for me to do this rather than taking more than 2 weeks in one go.
3. I have received a pay rise already, just showing a more positive and pro-active mindset has pay dividends (so to speak) in my work place.
4. We have committed to give 10% to the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. They have looked after our kids and we want to give something back.
When we received the Introductory Video, we were very sceptical, which was good. We did some research on other 'Wealth Education' courses, but Jamie's was the only one we ever really considered, as Jamie makes it simple to understand.

The Stokes sisters learned to invest and helped their parents earn $30,000 in a single month. Sheena and Cherie Stokes are sisters who attended the 21st Century Academy seminar in 1999.

Jamie became a 21st Century Academy Graduate in 2001

To improve our rental income, we renovated the bathroom (for only a couple of thousands dollars) which increased our rent by over 10%. Three months later, the property was revalued at $305,000, nearly $24,000 in thin air profits.

Bill Stacy went from close to broke 12 months ago, to earning $39,600 in a single month using just one |

A little of my background: A country boy who left his

"For me I retired from full time work last Friday which frees up most of my days. I'm still only working casual about 10 - 20 hours per week in the evenings. I took a leave out of Bill's cap and jumped out early so I can ramp up the effort and get quicker results.
This working during the day was costing me money and when I realised that, it was over.
Put a plan in place and go for it. I actually found it quite easy to replace my full time income once I took action and now I have so much time to start on those other streams of income that I have wanted to do. The only things that grow are those we give the most energy."

"I am a past student of one of Jamie's 4 day seminars. At the time I was off work and my late wife was also at home after having our second child. We were surviving on family payment and my workcover payment, which was slightly under the dole rate at the time.
After assessing the situation, we decided that I would go to Jamie's seminar, using part of our reserve saved when working.
Since the seminar we have grown our property portfolio from our residence + 1 small flat (worth about $100k combined) up to 6 private rentals, a commercial rental and a thriving general store/servo PLUS the house we now live in AND ALL WHILE ON A LOW INCOME WITH BOTH UNABLE TO WORK!!
All was from using the education gained at Jamie's seminar, which I related back to my wife, and using most of the strategies taught by him and extremely well credentialled guest lecturers – one of whom was Ian Daley. (We later used Ian's services to set up our Trust etc).
From the seminar, we had 24/7 mentoring and other hints/tips for 2 years after the 4 dayer. Absolutely everything was completely legal and always supported by references to the relevant legislations, laws and rules whenever possible.
I am still in regular contact with Jamie's staff and always kept up to date. Our little $100k portfolio has no grown to over $1.4million and will keep growing. I am now starting to pass on the education to my kids.
This guy is genuine and he only has genuine staff members. Quite a few started as students at a seminar too.
I continue to use most of his strategies but, of course, updated, revised and added to by what I learn both here and elsewhere.
All of our rental properties and CF+ve and I think you can see how much they have grown in value. On average we paid about a third of what they are now and our RE average out at about 10.8%
And one last thing, after reading what I have written, do you think that I may have recovered the cost of the seminar yet – with interest? We actually did that within 8 weeks of my attending the seminar!!! (4 weeks actually, the first 4 were in setting things up to begin).
My successes since doing the 4 Day Academy in August 1999.

This is my story to date
10 years ago we were almost debt free owning a large property in an affluent suburb in perth which we built ourselves with our own money- no bequests.
5 years ago we were just discharged bankrupts after a franchise went bad and had nothing in the bank.
3 years ago we were still renting and hating every minute of it.
2 1/2 years ago I came across Jamie's Homestudy
Today we own properties worth approx $800,000 and are looking at purchasing a 3rd through Inner Circle.
I am working on a website idea which is starting off with products from Tom Hua to generate cashflow income. Eventually when Ii have time to focus properly on it I will start trading (at the moment it still scares me)
I had not really thought I was a success story but when Ii look at where we came from and where we ended up and where we are now I suppose It is a bit of a success story in a way.

I joined 21st Century Academy early in 2005 and since then I have become really open to the idea of abundance with the result that abundance has become my lifestyle.
I was living in a 47m2 apartment in the middle of Auckland city, I now live in a 360m2 Victorian mansion with 12 acres and within sight of the Tasman Sea. I wake every morning to see one of the most beautiful mountains in New Zealand - Mt Taranaki. I am in the process of furnishing this house with antiques which I source in the neighborhood- what fun!
Today I went up the coast and bought the first cow and calf for my highland cattle fold. All of this is possible because I believed in and followed 21st Century share strategies.
I am also a student of Rick Otton and intend do property deals in Taranaki following his brilliant ideas. What a lifestyle! I could never say enough good things about all the opportunities for a great life that have come to me since I joined 21st Century Academy.
22 year old attended Mark Rolton's Property Options Seminar with 21st Century Academy last November, 2006 and decided to take advantage of joint venture opportunities offered to all students and brought a deal. Four months later that has transpired into a $1.1million personal profit to the 22 year old student with zero capital outlay.

I decided after talking with my Broker that I wanted to buy XXX to Rent, i.e., apply the strategy. I put $10k into my account and arranged a loan of $10k. At the time, around mid March, XXX was trading at $4.83 so I was looking to buy 4,000, a total of $19,320.
I decided however to buy them wholesale by Selling Insurance, i.e., 4 contracts of the $4.75 and for this I got 23c, a total of $827
net of brokerage.
So if I'm exercised at the end of April I'll effectively buy them at $4.52, minus brokerage.
XXX is currently trading at $5.10 so with 3 weeks to go until expiry it's looking like I won't get exercised, so I'll just keep the $827 and do it again next month. I didn't even have to draw on my loan so I don't have to pay any interest."

A friend of mine gave me Jamie's book " What i Didnt Learn At School But Wish I Had" and I couldnt put it down. It gave me some hope that mabe one day I could release my worries form the daily grind. So I signed up for the Homestudy and started about 4 months ago.
So far I have just renovated our modest home which was valued at about $140,000. I spent $100,000 on renovations and now its worth about $300,000. Picked up some good capital there and now am using it to secure another property which I am purchasing off the plan saving on stamp duty and giving me a good debt and tax offsets. I am really excited with this new build because I know i will pick up another $60 to $70K capital.
Even though I am at very early stages with the home study, its motivated me to be more agressive and smarter with my investments.
