As they say 95% of traders lose money & 5% MAKE THE MONEY. Well after spending some time watching the DVDs, reading Jamie's books attending the 4 day seminar in Melbourne a few weeks ago Purchasing the Platinum Pursuit package and Share Lord . Hello Jamie & all at 21st Century,
I want to say thank you for the education we have received which has enabled us to move forward, particularly in these challenging financial times.
I am 53 & my husband 55. He runs a small building co and I teach. We have had our own super for 10 yrs and have been investing for 15 years at least.
With Jamie's teaching & exposure to companies with a higher level of investment than our previous investment education/advisor company, we have taken our cash out of managed funds & confidently invested them longer term in protected stocks via JB Global. We are also currently working with Kinetics to create cash flow & still learning.
We have also purchased two new properties in the past year thro' our own equity and inspired by Jamie's first book & by Mark Rolton's programme(which we bought). One we will add value to by using ideas from Property Options(even tho we purchased it). The property next door will be optioned & both to be rezoned into commercial.
We have put a lot of effort into building our super during the past 10 years and the education & inspiration we have from being a 21st Century member ensures we can confidently continue to build on that. Yes, we have lost upside in the current situation but thankfully no capital. We moved quickly and were able to re-invest well thanks to the info yr company has provided us with.
Those of us who come from a heritage of working class families(rather than wealthy investor families) are pioneers for our age group. Our parents simply collect or did collect the govt pension. We can learn little from them. It is a challenge for us to invest for the long term and we appreciate what Jamie is doing to make seemingly sophisticated investment accessible to us.
With this knowledge and persistence, we expect to have a great financial future( we could retire now with a modest income but are not ready). We expect that we can use what we will learn over the next few years to continue to generate income as our working years ease.
I am so glad we are with 21st Century in light of the massive financial crisis. I feel we know where we are going and have control of our financial future.

We are starting earlier this year so as we have enough time to do things and not have to frantically search for solutions if we are required to do so! The main aim at present is to raise $35,000, as there are still have some funds from last year, and this will give us a basket target of 750. I am interested to see what you can and will do, as I knew you would help us. I am guessing that we will not get a straight out donation of $35,000 as this would be to easy? or would that be too presumptuous of me. kia ora I am interetsed about the 21st Centruy strategies or programmes others have implemented or used & what their results - outcomes or thoughs are....furthermore I m also interested in those 21st Centruy members who are interested in online marketing & what marketing strategies/programmes they have tried & what their outcomes are/were...I have used the home renovation strategy 2006-2007-in Dannevirke - creating more equity ie $80+k less 20% re: bank requirements. The home was originally valued at $70k & re-valued at $152k - it was run down & in need of renovating. After doing all the research about what jobs needed to be completed ie, repainting outside of house & shed, makeover of kitchen, bathroom, reline all floors, extend decking, new front dence, new metal drive-way, painting of ceilings inside of house & re-placement of kent fire place from kitchen to lounge as well as some minor plumbing & electrical work. I used $15k from bank account, a GE Finance card 100 days $10k interest free, visa card & mastercard. I ran-up $30k of debt on the 3 cards. I used my $15k to pay the builder, painter, plumber & electrian. Once job was completed I got home re-valued. This generated a new valuation of $152k. Therefore creating $82k in equity. 20% was deducted as per bank requirements $30,400 which left $121,600 minus original valuation $70k which left $51,000 equity. I repaid the$30k to the 3 credit cards. Which left $21k in equity. With this equity I purchased another home in Te Karaka where I currently live. Although the equity was not substantial I was able to renovate my Dannevirke home, pay-off my credit card debts & purchased another home in Te Karaka. Therefore, I have assets now worth approx $300k. I did make some errors while implementing the startegies i.e. left hiring a builder till last - wrong move. It took me 12 weeks to get a builder, unforseen plumbing & painting problems. However, I learnt from the experience & would not have being able to do the renovations if I had not purchased the home study course. One other thing I did not anticipate was the increasing interest rates. After renovations I rented out my Dannevirke property. Prior to the interest rate increases I was $18.00 positively geared. Afterwards I became approx $130 negatively geared. Now that the interest rates are slowly coming down I am now approx $100 negatively geared. Hi Jamie, you don't know me, yet... But I just had to send you a message. (Who would of thought you were on facebook?! haha...) I finished watching your free DVD a few nights ago, and it inspired me so much, I had to start reading the ebook straight away.
My wife was working at the time, got home late and went to bed, and I was glued to the computer reading page after page until my wife, Linda came out at 3am and made me shut down the computer. I was so excited... I woke up the next day and sat my wife in front of TV and played her the DVD. She shared exactly the same feelings I had and we signed up for the home study course. There are a lot of people out there trying to sell courses, investment clubs and the like, but you come across so clearly as someone who genuinely wants to help others, that $4000 seems like an absolute bargain.
I have read so many books, listened to so many audio tapes/CDs etc, but something just clicked with what you have to say. My favourite quote which i heard first from Zig Ziggler (i think) is, "the same wind blows on us all. But it is the set of the sail that makes the difference".
Reading your book so far has been great, I feel like a cicada, discarding an empty shell of self doubt and negative beliefs (that maybe people are right and I wont be free from my JOB) that used to surround me, and starting a fresh!
I found myself agreeing with everything you wrote in your book (I just finished the part about writing your own eulogy) and I have re "un"covered my dreams i set myself a few years ago. I am so glad I found them again and thank you for helping me with that.
I wish I could attend Fiji as I just can't wait to get started, but will have to wait until Melbourne in the following month. (still trying to negotiate with work to get holidays for that period).
Linda and I have been trying for a while to get started building our financial freedom, (as many people do, we have had our run of bad luck and poor decisions) but you have helped me without doubt bring down the fear and personal barriers that I had. I cant wait to thank you in person and maybe one day share my testimony with Australia.

I have read so many books, listened to so many audio tapes/CDs etc, but something just clicked with what you have to say. My favourite quote which i heard first from Zig Ziggler (i think) is, "the same wind blows on us all. But it is the set of the sail that makes the difference".
Reading your book so far has been great, I feel like a cicada, discarding an empty shell of self doubt and negative beliefs (that maybe people are right and I wont be free from my JOB) that used to surround me, and starting a fresh!
I found myself agreeing with everything you wrote in your book (I just finished the part about writing your own eulogy) and I have re "un"covered my dreams i set myself a few years ago. I am so glad I found them again and thank you for helping me with that.
I wish I could attend Fiji as I just can't wait to get started, but will have to wait until Melbourne in the following month. (still trying to negotiate with work to get holidays for that period).
Linda and I have been trying for a while to get started building our financial freedom, (as many people do, we have had our run of bad luck and poor decisions) but you have helped me without doubt bring down the fear and personal barriers that I had. Ok firstly lets just say that they should teach these strategies to school student as part as their education. Ok I would like to say that I’m not new to the share market as I had a Grand Mother whom was a very wise lady whom purchase myself and my brothers and sister shares when we were all babies. It was amazing how 50 dollars worth of share can mount up too when I turned 19 (now 39, 40 in Jan). But unto my knowing of what I have learnt here I would of been so much better off. What I have learnt from the home study has made things so much clearing and as I’m going I’m learning even more. All I would like to say is that Jamie and his great accompany of speakers, in what I have learnt WORKS. It’s not rocket since, all you need is a little amount of money and start off from there. You must keep a plan in what you want to do and what goals to reach. As for us and my family we made the choice to become debt free. We sold our house some time ago, due to family reasons, which work in to our favour for caring for my children, ( day care issues) This is where my story starts of success from here.
I finally found Jamie via web search I was looking for other ways to make an income which still allowed me to look after my children. Any way I’m making nice monthly income and I’m working on making that more buy educating myself more on another strategy which I’m currently learning.

I set up accounts with JB Global to begin a secure nest egg for the future on 100% capital guaranteed borrowings. I established a website and write an E-Book to identify step by step what I had done. For me I retired from full time work last Friday which frees up most of my days. I'm still only working casual about 10 - 20 hours per week in the evenings. I took a leave out of Bill's cap and jumped out early so I can ramp up the effort and get quicker results.
This working during the day was costing me money and when I realised that, it was over.
Put a plan in place and go for it. I actually found it quite easy to replace my full time income once I took action and now I have so much time to start on those other streams of income that I have wanted to do. The only things that grow are those we give the most energy."

Picking up $1,600 from my first rental, experiencing how my changed mindset was influencing everything around me, actually experiencing opportunities that were probably there that I was oblivious to and the pleasure at successfully picking up these opportunities and watching them unfold around me. I am a past student of one of Jamie's 4 day seminars. At the time I was off work and my late wife was also at home after having our second child. We were surviving on family payment and my workcover payment, which was slightly under the dole rate at the time.
After assessing the situation, we decided that I would go to Jamie's seminar, using part of our reserve saved when working.
Since the seminar we have grown our property portfolio from our residence + 1 small flat (worth about $100k combined) up to 6 private rentals, a commercial rental and a thriving general store/servo PLUS the house we now live in AND ALL WHILE ON A LOW INCOME WITH BOTH UNABLE TO WORK!!
All was from using the education gained at Jamie's seminar, which I related back to my wife, and using most of the strategies taught by him and extremely well credentialled guest lecturers – one of whom was Ian Daley. (We later used Ian's services to set up our Trust etc).
From the seminar, we had 24/7 mentoring and other hints/tips for 2 years after the 4 dayer. Absolutely everything was completely legal and always supported by references to the relevant legislations, laws and rules whenever possible.
I am still in regular contact with Jamie's staff and always kept up to date. Our little $100k portfolio has no grown to over $1.4million and will keep growing. I am now starting to pass on the education to my kids.
This guy is genuine and he only has genuine staff members. Quite a few started as students at a seminar too.

A friend of mine gave me Jamie's book " What i Didnt Learn At School But Wish I Had" and I couldnt put it down. It gave me some hope that mabe one day I could release my worries form the daily grind. So I signed up for the Homestudy and started about 4 months ago.
So far I have just renovated our modest home which was valued at about $140,000. I spent $100,000 on renovations and now its worth about $300,000. Picked up some good capital there and now am using it to secure another property which I am purchasing off the plan saving on stamp duty and giving me a good debt and tax offsets. I am really excited with this new build because I know i will pick up another $60 to $70K capital.
Even though I am at very early stages with the home study, its motivated me to be more agressive and smarter with my investments.

I decided after talking with my Broker that I wanted to buy XXX to Rent, i.e., apply the strategy. I put $10k into my account and arranged a loan of $10k. At the time, around mid March, XXX was trading at $4.83 so I was looking to buy 4,000, a total of $19,320.
I decided however to buy them wholesale by Selling Insurance, i.e., 4 contracts of the $4.75 and for this I got 23c, a total of $827
net of brokerage.
So if I'm exercised at the end of April I'll effectively buy them at $4.52, minus brokerage.
XXX is currently trading at $5.10 so with 3 weeks to go until expiry it's looking like I won't get exercised, so I'll just keep the $827 and do it again next month. I didn't even have to draw on my loan so I don't have to pay any interest."
